AROMA

HARD

Stiff, with pronounced tannis; Undeveloped

MELLOW

Smooth and soft, with no harshness

NOBLE ROT

A fungal infection caused by Botrytis cinerea

RICH

Full, opulent flovour sometimes associated with oak aging

Smooth and rich in texture
